We are looking for US-based VILT Facilitators to deliver engaging Sales 101 training sessions to corporate professionals in a virtual format for a Fortune 50 enterprise, with potential for onsite training in Washington State.

Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and interactive virtual training sessions using provided materials, adapt to different learner backgrounds, and ensure a smooth delivery flow.

Skills: Strong virtual training expertise, excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex concepts, and experience in live corporate facilitation.

Qualifications: Experience in virtual and in-person facilitation preferred, comfort with foundational sales topics; bilingual skills in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean are a plus, but not required.

Location: USA, Remote delivery in July; some onsite delivery anticipated post-July

Compensation: $72 - $72 / Hourly

Training Delivery for a Fortune 50 Enterprise

• We are currently seeking dynamic, contract facilitators with strong virtual training expertise and communication skills to deliver Sales 101 sessions to global employees at a Fortune 50 enterprise. 
• This high-impact engagement is designed to build essential sales acumen and pipeline management skills in non-sales professionals across multiple functions.
• All training content will be provided by the client.

Engagement Snapshot

• Delivery Dates: July 21–24, 2025
• Session Length: 4 hours per session
• Format: VILT in July, potential ongoing work to include VILT, and / or Onsite in Washington State
• Session Volume: Between 200-300 participants/learners, per session
• Audience: Corporate professionals with limited sales background

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, instructor-led virtual Sales 101 training using client-provided materials
• Adapt facilitation style for corporate audiences with minimal sales experience
• Foster a psychologically safe, energetic learning environment
• Use active learning techniques, real-world examples, and interactive prompts to boost engagement
• Ensure smooth time and content flow, adjusting as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in live virtual and in-person corporate facilitation
• Confident virtual presence with strong executive polish (MS Teams proficiency preferred)
• Skilled at simplifying complex ideas for a diverse group of learners
• Comfortable teaching foundational sales concepts (prior experience preferred, but not required, full training will be given in July!)
• Available to start delivery by mid-July
• Experienced working across cultures, time zones, and enterprise environments
• There will be some sessions led in Mandarin Chinese, Japanese or Korean - Bilingual skills in this area (if applicable) should be highlighted in your application

Additional Details

• Location: Remote delivery in July; some onsite delivery anticipated post-July for select facilitators (our client will review July facilitations, and select from there!)
• Please note, possible ongoing work is anticipated to span a 3 year period (TBD)
• Global Regions Supported: North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC
• Compensation:
• Facilitator pay rate: Up to $72/hour (1099/C2C) depending on experience
• Payment is per hour of delivery; prep time and any travel-related facilitation hours will be discussed individually
