Responsibilities
- Serve as primary strategic advisor to enterprise accounts ensuring alignment with client goals and long-term success.
- Define, document, and drive achievement of customer business outcomes and ROI.
- Collaborate across Customer Support, Professional Services, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to promote customer advocacy.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors aligned to business strategy.
- Advise on eClinical software and services use through the clinical development lifecycle.
- Translate evolving customer needs into clear data strategies and platform configurations.
- Drive Customer Lifetime Value and account growth in partnership with sales directors.
- Represent the customer voice internally to encourage a customer-centric mindset.
- Promote business growth through customer advocacy and reference programs.
- Share learnings and success models to improve company-wide customer success approaches.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in sciences, business, operations, computer science or related field preferred.
- MBA considered a plus.
