Responsibilities
- Develop channel-specific social media strategies for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage engaging content aligned with EarnIn’s brand and community.
- Develop and report on KPIs and channel performance to leadership regularly.
- Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns with partners and research organizations.
- Drive channel growth and maintain strong community relationships with authentic engagement.
- Build and lead social influencer and key opinion leader (KOL) programs to expand reach.
- Monitor competitor activity and content trends to inform creative strategy.
- Engage daily with audiences by responding to comments and managing reputation.
- Amplify company news and announcements across social platforms.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
