Account Executive, Enterprise Brands

Dutchie is a leading cannabis technology platform powering dispensaries and providing consumers with safe cannabis access. They seek an Account Executive for Enterprise Brands to drive new business by selling their AdTech platform to cannabis brands, requiring a consultative sales approach and strong relationship-building skills.

Skills

  • Strong consultative sales and hunting skills for closing complex deals.
  • Knowledge of AdTech, Retail Media Networks, Trade, and Analytics.
  • Ability to analyze raw data and build persuasive pitch materials.
  • Experience with long, multi-threaded sales cycles and first-of-its-kind products.
  • Excellent executive presence and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a new business pipeline focused on enterprise cannabis brands with AdTech solutions.
  • Drive new client acquisition and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Understand client needs and tailor Dutchie’s solutions to strategic outcomes.
  • Develop executive relationships to convert early wins into long-term partnerships.
  • Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close and handoff to Account Management.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain CRM and deal tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback shaping product and go-to-market strategy.
