As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an Account Manager (DACH) to join our customer success team. You will use your experiences to provide the back-bone of support for the individual team, whilst taking ownership of your accounts, data tasks, speaking to our existing customers, and ensuring they have engaged with the platform.
This role sits within an exciting, energetic and hardworking team. Initially, you will be learning more about the product (front and back-end) and platforms we use internally, e.g. using industry-leading CRM and customer tools such as Salesforce. You will be provided with training in order to be successful at your job - just arrive with an appetite to learn!
