Digital Consultants seeks a Project Execution Manager to support the implementation and delivery of key initiatives under the DISA J6 ETM 2.0 BPA. The Project Execution Manager will lead the execution of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), oversee risk mitigation strategies, and ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget. This role involves close coordination with technical teams, stakeholders, and the Government to ensure successful delivery of modernization efforts and infrastructure enhancements. The Project Execution Manager will monitor project performance, develop comprehensive plans, and maintain compliance with DoD and DISA program standards.

Duties to include:

• Lead and track ECPs, MACs, and modernization project efforts.
• Manage project schedules, costs, and team coordination.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Develop integrated master schedules and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with engineering and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with all DoD and DISA contractual and technical standards.

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required)
• Certification Requirements: Project Management Professional Certification (minimum) and IAT II certification
• Clearance Requirements: Active Secret Clearance 

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Lead Project Manager
• 5+ years in DoD IT environment
• Demonstrated experience with business cases and risk management processes
• Proven self-management and team-management skills
• Demonstrated experience monitoring and controlling project budgets
• Demonstrated managerial, leadership, and communication skill

Physical Requirements: The candidate must, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g., move a case of paper or similar task) that may occur on occasion.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $165,000.
