The Senior Marketing Manager, is responsible for developing and implementing strategic multifamily marketing plans across a portfolio of communities, ensuring alignment with company and client goals. This role oversees the creation and management of property marketing budgets and strategies, plus provides guidance to onsite teams and local operational leaders. The Sr Marketing Manager analyzes market conditions and performance data to inform recommendations that maximize traffic, occupancy, and ROI. Additionally, this position plays a critical role in coaching and mentoring staff, supporting marketing initiatives, and troubleshooting challenges at struggling assets. Serving as the primary marketing point of contact for new business opportunities within the region, the Sr Marketing Manager takes an active role in business development pursuits.Job Description
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position may require occasional travel to meet with vendors, visit properties, and attend industry conferences.
