The Director, Internal Communications will be responsible for overseeing and driving the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization's goals. This leadership role requires expertise in organizational relations, brand reputation management, internal and employee communications, and crisis communication planning. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external communications to ensure consistent messaging, effective collaboration, and foster a unified corporate identity.
The Director will oversee the way employees receive and share information about CA and their employment, from corporate storytelling to internal updates on strategy and employee benefits. This role also leads CA’s employer brand strategy by authentically representing life at CA to attract and retain top talent. This will be accomplished by creative story telling and brand representation both internal and external to the organization. The Director sets policy and governance on internal communications and information cascade and enforces those policies across CA.

Pay Range – This role’s range is $110,500 - $196,500. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
