Director of Global Demand Generation (Contract)

The Contract Director of Global Demand Generation will lead strategic and execution efforts to drive integrated demand generation at scale, managing global paid media, ABX, and campaigns aligning with pipeline and revenue targets.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in B2B SaaS demand generation with paid media and account-based experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, 6sense/Terminus/Demandbase, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Deep knowledge of demand generation attribution models and full-funnel marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven decision making and strategic execution focus.

Responsibilities

  • Own quarterly new business pipeline and revenue targets globally across all segments.
  • Lead ABX strategy and execution to deliver marketing qualified accounts and accelerate pipeline.
  • Drive global integrated campaign strategies aligned with business priorities and growth goals.
  • Lead and scale a global team focused on paid media, ABX, campaigns, content, and design.
  • Oversee global paid media planning and execution across various channels including paid search and social.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Brand teams.
  • Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance based on key demand generation KPIs.

Education

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
