CRD Careers has partnered with a fast-growing, locally owned building supply company to find a Sales Supervisor to lead a regional sales team and manage a broader territory across the NYC area.
This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience and the confidence to lead a team without micromanaging. It’s fast-paced, high-volume, and loaded with opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support 3–5 Inside and Outside Sales Reps
Develop regional sales strategies and hit team KPIs
Step in on client escalations and key account support
Work cross-functionally with delivery, warehouse, and purchasing teams
Track, coach, and elevate team performance
Previous experience in team leadership (sales/distribution/construction preferred)
Proven track record in territory management and B2B sales
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, not required
Comfortable managing people, process, and pipeline
Organized, driven, and able to thrive without hand-holding
