Order Entry Representative

Job Description

Assist the Order Entry Team Lead in administration of order entry and customer service activities pertaining to stone veneer and related products. This role is crucial to ensuring that customer orders are received and acted upon in a timely manner following the sales process and has a direct impact in the on-time delivery of goods and services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect and input customer orders into company ERP and CRM
  • Provide work order (tickets), extra work orders, back charges, sign offs, and other paperwork and instructions to others for all installation jobs
  • Provide input to installation and production teams in response to installation orders, completion of warranty work, and time-sensitive issues including material need
  • Organize and maintain all sales proposals and customer plan data on company shared drive and CRM
  • Ensure timely and accurate input of all order types in the system
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and maintain constructive working relationships
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with management, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company
  • Basic skills in computer software and data entry
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Good communication skills to keep supervisor informed of known actions, ​ written or verbal, which may affect the ability to successfully perform assignments or adversely affect company operations
  • Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time in a productive manner
  • Ability to follow and execute detailed instructions
  • Ability to perform work involving written and numeric data and to make arithmetic calculations rapidly and accurately
  • Ability to function effectively under heavy workload during peak periods and to meet strict deadlines on a continuing basis
  • Ability to sit for extended periods

Additional Information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $20.00-$23.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
