The Teams UCC solution integrates Voice over IP (VoIP), Unified Messaging, Instant Messaging & Presence (IM&P), and Web and Video Conferencing services using AudioCodes Session Border Controllers (SBCs) for connectivity.
Bachelor's degree required, degree in networking technology or information technology management preferred. Three (3) years of experience managing SIP environments in a large cloud environment required . Experience with Microsoft Teams and AudioCodes SBCs preferred. Experience working with higher education computer services departments and project management certifications preferred.
