Job Summary

Position will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing our presence at local events, trade shows, and other strategic gatherings. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing successful events from conception to completion, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering customer engagement. This individual will be a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, a creative approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities 

  • Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on event marketing to join our dynamic team. 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. 

  • Identify, research, and evaluate potential local events, trade shows, conferences, and other opportunities for participation. 

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to define event goals, target audiences, and key messaging. 

  • Develop detailed event plans, including budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and logistical requirements. 

  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management. 

  • Develop and execute post-event follow-up campaigns in collaboration with the sales team to nurture leads and drive conversions. 

  • Track and report on lead generation performance and ROI for each event. Provides leadership and oversight to internal and external teams. 

  • Train and brief internal staff participating in events on messaging, lead capture, and best practices. 

  • Assists in translating business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products and industries. 

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. 

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as needed. 

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
