Responsibilities: Lead and develop customer service representatives aiming for sales growth, monitor performance metrics, implement training, manage escalated issues, and optimize customer journey based on data insights.
Skills: Proven sales or customer service leadership experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, CRM proficiency, and excellent communication and motivational abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and 3-5 years of leadership experience in a sales or customer service environment, with a successful sales record.
