Enterprise Account Director

Cobalt is a pioneering company in offensive security testing, committed to helping organizations operate securely with its innovative SaaS platform and expert community. They seek an experienced Enterprise Account Director to drive revenue growth and expand strategic accounts across the U.S., focusing on complex enterprise sales.

Skills

  • Proven track record in selling SaaS or cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience closing complex deals.
  • Ability to balance strategic account management with urgent tactical sales execution.
  • Experience interacting with CISOs, Application Security leaders, and engineering buyers.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage strategic enterprise accounts within a defined territory focusing on new business and account growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive account research to identify stakeholders and uncover new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement tailored territory plans and account strategies to engage multiple stakeholders.
  • Meet with customers and prospects in person to build trust and advance sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions, and Channel teams to enhance the customer lifecycle value.
  • Leverage partner ecosystems to accelerate pipeline generation.
  • Maintain rigorous sales pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Contribute market insights and feedback for ongoing process improvements.
