Responsibilities
- Deliver positive client experiences and ongoing engagement throughout the relationship
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with Business Development to support renewals and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain deep knowledge of clients and software capabilities to respond effectively
- Demonstrate software use-cases, best practices, and integration opportunities
- Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Manage multiple priorities and continuously develop skillset
Education
- Related field experience in Business, Informatics, Public Health, Healthcare Policy, or Administration preferred
