Project Governance Coordinator - C13 - NEW YORK

The Project Governance Coordinator will oversee appropriate identification, classification, ring fencing, and reporting of regulatory and data related projects for the Citi Data Solutions business. They will maintain control lists, perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations, oversee project structure, provide subject matter expertise to project managers, and provide senior management reporting on tagging and project health.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain guidance on appropriate identification and classification of regulatory and data related projects
• Establish and perform reconciliation processes to ensure data quality and agreement between source systems related to project management
• Perform root cause analysis on identified issues and work with project managers through resolution
• Identify data quality trends and establish preventative controls related to data quality and project tagging
• Represent Data Solutions in project management and reporting forums
• Provide qualitative and quantitative senior management reporting related to regulatory and data projects

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
• Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools
• Proven diplomatic and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
