As a Product Adoption Project Manager, you will lead design and execution for critical programs across Databricks Sales and Field Engineering. Partnering with Adoption Architects and cross-functional stakeholders in GTM, Product, and Operations, you will translate product and field priorities into actionable programs that drive key KPIs. You will manage end-to-end project delivery—clarifying outcomes, planning milestones, and ensuring timely execution—while applying project management best practices. Your ability to work through ambiguity, make informed decisions with incomplete data, and tailor your approach based on stakeholder dynamics will be essential.
