This role is part of the Sales and Service Technology organization and will be responsible for championing customer-centric design across Customer and Consumer technologies. This role will focus on building intuitive, user-friendly tools that drive adoption and deliver measurable value to both business stakeholders and Downstream Midstream, & Chemicals customers and consumers. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to embed User Experience (UX) best practices into product development, ensuring seamless and impactful user experiences.
