Responsibilities
- Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all patient-facing experiences across web and mobile.
- Define and own core metrics including activation, retention, refill completion, and patient satisfaction.
- Manage key patient flows like onboarding, provider consults, medication refills, and engagement.
- Establish feedback loops leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions.
- Balance user experience, clinical quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, clinical operations, pharmacy, marketing, and support teams.
- Drive rapid prototyping, experimentation, and A/B testing to optimize product flows and engagement.
- Contribute to product culture and mentor junior team members when relevant.
Education
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in product management or related fields.
