Responsibilities
- Provide BCBA oversight for a limited caseload of clients
- Develop and maintain individualized, assent-based treatment plans
- Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling
- Engage families in therapy with collaborative parent training
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and team input
Education
- Master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
