Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight to ensure compliance and optimal client outcomes
- Train, manage, and retain Behavior Technicians
- Engage parents by delivering one hour of parent engagement monthly per client
- Develop child-specific behavior plans following ABA principles
- Lead, orient, and train clinical team members
- Monitor, plan, and appraise team job results
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing clinical team
Education
- Master's degree or higher from an accredited university adhering to BACB guidelines
- BCBA certification from the BACB in good standing
- Active state license where applicable
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within first 30 days
