Senior Member Services Representative

The Central California Alliance for Health is seeking a Senior Member Services Representative to support our mission of delivering accessible health care. We're looking for a dedicated individual with strong customer service and communication skills to enhance member experience.

  • Knowledge of managed health care
  • Familiarity with eligibility processes

Responsibilities

  • Respond to complex member issues as a technical resource
  • Assist members and providers primarily by phone
  • Participate in departmental work groups and special projects

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years customer service experience
  • Associate’s degree may substitute for one year of customer service experience
