Administrative Assistant

Essential Functions:

  • Greet and assist customers
  • Assist real estate agents and broker as needed (with equipment, contracts, listing agreements, leases, etc.)
  • Input our exclusive listings into Multiple Listing System (MLS)
  • Process price and other changes in MLS Systems
  • Manage listing files
  • Print brochures
  • Update window displays with new listings, expired listings, price changes, and sold listings
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct to correct recipient
  • Maintain reception area and conference room
  • Onboarding new agents
  • Managing the floor duty calendar
  • Submitting broker tours and open houses to the MLS

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in all of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)
  • Real Estate knowledge is a must
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Maintain a professional composure at all times
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with little direction
  • High School Degree required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 2 years real estate experience
