We are looking for an experienced DevOps Architect to lead our DevOps initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing DevOps architectures, managing infrastructure, and collaborating with development teams to facilitate and optimize our Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in various DevOps tools and technologies, including cloud services and containerization. You should be familiar with agile practices and possess excellent troubleshooting skills.

Design and implement advanced DevOps architectures to support scalable and reliable software delivery.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
Develop and enforce best practices for Cloud architecture, infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management.
Monitor, analyze, and manage technical operations to ensure optimal performance and system health.
Develop and maintain documentation for the DevOps processes, including design and process specifications.
Provide guidance and expertise on system options, risk, impact, and costs vs. benefits.
Create disaster recovery plans.
Train and mentor team members on DevOps best practices and recent technologies.
Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to mitigate the impact on operations.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, cloud administrators, networking, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Working knowledge of automation service provisioning and middleware configuration.

Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible
Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Understanding of security best practices and tools for DevOps environments.
Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools like AzuredevOps, Git
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to modern technologies and methodologies.
Salary and Other Compensation Disclosures
The annual starting salary rate for this position is between $143,000 - $154,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
This position is also eligible for a bonus.
Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 120 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
