The Role
This role helps the Burke Accounting Team in these key areas:
Accounts Receivable:
- Daily customer invoicing
- Review and accurately bill for freight and sales tax when applicable
- Communication to customers regarding timely payments
- Daily cash payment receipting and reconciling
- Monthly statements
General:
- Organization and filing
- Assist team with month end and annual audit of accounting records

Qualifications That Move Us!
- Obtained or pursuing an associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, possesses exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and is a team player with good verbal communication skills
- Possesses a high-level understanding of Math and Accounting principles
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
