Prologis is seeking a Sustainability Data Analyst to join our Global Impact & Sustainability Team and help strengthen our position as a leader in sustainable logistics real estate. As a core contributor to our sustainability strategy—a competitive advantage that enhances customer value and business performance—you will support enterprise-wide initiatives through robust data management, analytics, and reporting. Since achieving carbon neutrality in operations in 2019, Prologis has scaled impact through decarbonization strategies, onsite solar, EV infrastructure, and innovative social impact programs. With a global portfolio of 1 billion square feet, we aim to lead by example in meeting our net zero goal by 2040.
In this role, you’ll collect and manage sustainability data across our real estate portfolio, support benchmarking and regulatory reporting (e.g., GRESB, ENERGY STAR, CSRD), and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive data quality and sustainability performance. We're seeking a team-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement. Hiring Salary Range of: $74,000 - $114,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
