Audicus is a mission-driven health-tech company revolutionizing the hearing aid industry through tele-health solutions. We are seeking a strategic Sales Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle and provide valuable insights to optimize sales and improve customer experience.

Skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the full sales lifecycle from lead engagement through deal closure.
  • Work efficiently to open and close opportunities daily while staying organized.
  • Tailor messaging and product positioning based on customer insights.
  • Develop and test strategies to improve close rates and average order value.
  • Track and analyze conversion data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Manage time, priorities, and communications independently balancing long-term relationships with short-term goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales tools, collateral, and CRM workflows.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market feedback, and competitor offerings.
