Travel Concierge Lead

About Atlas
Atlas is the concierge and charge card built for those who expect more — unlocking access to world-class dining, luxury travel, and lifestyle experiences, while making spending seamless.
Our members are discerning, high-spending individuals who rely on Atlas for insider access, curated service, and unmatched reliability.
In just 12 months, we’ve scaled to over $X00,000,000 in spend volume — growing double digits month-over-month, organically and without paid marketing.
We’re backed by world-class investors and have multiple years of runway ahead. Our team is lean, senior, and fast-moving, with experience at Apple, Robinhood, DoorDash, and leading startups.
The Role
We’re looking for a Travel Concierge Lead to build the operational foundation for the most seamless, high-touch travel experience in the world.
You won’t be booking trips — you’ll be architecting the system that makes delivering VIP travel effortless for both AI and human concierge agents. You’ll work at the intersection of service, operations, and product — building workflows, setting standards, integrating tools, and ensuring our team can deliver with speed and precision.
You’ll also bring the taste and judgment to ensure Atlas members are getting the best — whether that’s a suite at Aman, a G650 from Teterboro, or a last-minute chauffeur in the South of France.
What You’ll Own
Define and implement the systems, tools, and workflows that power Atlas’s travel concierge experience
Build internal infrastructure for request routing, resolution, escalation, and partner integration
Set the quality bar: response times, service standards, and end-to-end customer experience
Partner with our AI and product teams to design flows that integrate human and AI responses
Collaborate with leadership to define SOPs and scalable training for concierge staff
Build and maintain a vetted network of travel, hospitality, and transportation partners globally
Help shape the long-term roadmap for how Atlas powers luxury travel at scale
You Might Be a Fit If You Have
5–10+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end concierge operations
Deep familiarity with global luxury experiences — Aman, Rosewood, private aviation, etc.
A strong operational skillset — you’ve built and scaled systems, not just responded to tickets
Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and ops teams
Taste and judgment — you know what “great” looks like for a high-net-worth client
A background at a tech company or startup is a plus, but not required
A service-first mindset — you care deeply about customer outcomes and sweat the details
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Real impact: You’ll help define how modern luxury travel is delivered through a hybrid of AI and human service
High-caliber team: Work alongside senior builders from Apple, Y Combinator, and top tech companies
Opportunity to shape: This is a foundational role with room to build from zero to one
Competitive comp: Strong salary, equity, and bonus — plus full benefits and an Atlas card of your own
