Responsibilities
- Manage all operational tax matters for US legal entities, including federal and state tax compliance.
- Oversee preparation and review of US federal, state, and local corporate income tax filings and projections.
- Collaborate with tax teams in the Netherlands, Singapore, and South Korea on transfer pricing, tax accounting, and reporting.
- Provide tax strategy advice and research on R&D tax credits, foreign tax credits, and other issues.
- Support international tax inquiries, audits, and possible appeals.
- Participate in project teams to integrate US tax aspects.
- Act as tax subject matter expert for regional and corporate stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with tax authorities and external tax consultants.
Education
- Master's degree in Tax Law, Tax Economics, or Accounting.
- CPA designation preferred.
