THE JOB:
As a Sr. Internal Auditor – IT, you'll conduct IT operational and compliance audits across MGMRI’s enterprise, ensuring our systems and processes align with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. You’ll dig deep into complex environments—reviewing application, OS, and database controls, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping to protect and enhance our iconic brand.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Execute and support IT audits covering infrastructure, systems, security, change management, access controls, and more.
Review audit workpapers for accuracy and completeness, mentoring peers and supporting a culture of learning and excellence.
Conduct walk-throughs, interviews, data analysis, and observations to assess risk and identify areas for improvement.
Work independently and collaboratively, juggling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Stay ahead of emerging IT audit trends, participating in professional development and sharing knowledge across the team.
Communicate clearly and effectively—both written and verbal—to support audit findings and recommendations.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
2+ Years of relevant experience in auditing, accounting, management information systems, IT, or related field.
Knowledge of IT frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex systems and recommend solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with IT systems, databases, and security protocols.
Ability to work with integrity, tact, and sound judgment, contributing to a positive, team-first environment.
