Chief Nursing Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for nursing services within the organization.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Oversee nursing staff recruitment, retention, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to align clinical practices with overall organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards in nursing practices.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives.
- Advocate for the nursing profession and foster a positive work environment that encourages excellence and innovation.
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field; Doctorate preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse nursing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
