- Build and improve core recruiting workflows including intake, interview processes, offer delivery, and feedback management
- Execute programs end-to-end using Confluence and JIRA to track and document progress
- Translate complex problems into structured workflows and align stakeholders
- Partner with recruiters, managers, and interviewers to roll out systems and ensure adoption
- Define ownership and training plans to maintain process effectiveness
- Collaborate with Recruiting Technology to align process design with tooling
- Continuously assess gaps and refine recruiting systems based on data and feedback
