- Build, lead, and improve the Integrity organization encompassing non-security compliance, enterprise risk management, and regulatory programs
- Manage and mentor high-performing global teams in a fast-paced AI-focused company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement compliance systems tailored to business needs
- Conduct oversight activities including monitoring, testing, audits and lead remediation efforts
- Report on compliance and risk initiatives to senior leadership and executive forums
- Champion the mission connection behind integrity and compliance work throughout the company
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
