How will you make an impact in this role?
This position will play a critical role within the Line of Business Compliance (LOBCO) team supporting Global Brand Advertising & Brand Management (GABM). The position provides strategic support and constructive challenge to ensure the business is building, enhancing, and maintaining an effective framework for compliance with applicable internal policies, laws, and regulations in US and International markets.
Strong focus will be dedicated to second line compliance oversight of GABM business initiatives like assessing new or modified products offerings, marketing campaigns, events (e.g. sponsorships events, market research and other efforts with specific focus on assessing various risk areas such as Consumer Protections & Fairness and Third-Party risk and working with risk colleagues such as Privacy and Conduct Risk. Review and approval of GABM led marketing collateral assets across consumer and commercial products. This position will also provide risk management advisory services to promote safe and scalable innovation while monitoring the overall effectiveness of their compliance program via Compliance Risk Assessment, Issue Management Framework, Complaint monitoring, and other areas.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
