About the Executive Assistant role
The Global Risk & Compliance Organization (GRC) is an independent risk management function, led by the Chief Risk Officer, with the objective of ensuring that American Express operates in a safe, sound, and fully compliant manner with all applicable regulatory expectations. GRC creates and maintains the overall risk management framework, performs independent risk management assessments, and monitors applicable risks.

We are hiring within Project Guardian Program Management Office team, which is responsible for leading the coordination and implementation of a multi- year transformation roadmap to uplift the enterprises risk management practices.
The Project Guardian PMO team is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to up to 2 VPs. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be a critical member of the team who provides organizational support and ensures that the team’s logistical needs are met and helps to promote a positive atmosphere and work culture.
