This role will be responsible for driving key Business outcomes by focusing on attracting and retaining top talent, enabling business results and strengthening brand presence through compensation consultation. This role will also be responsible for advising on and developing potential compensation program changes as well as leading key aspects of the annual compensation review process which includes administration of merit, bonus and equity planning for colleagues. In addition, this role will be responsible for leading multiple strategic compensation initiatives that are linked to our Colleague Value Proposition. These initiatives will be aimed at continuing to develop a compelling and differentiating Total Rewards strategy.
This incumbent will be the global compensation lead for one or more lines of business, providing overall strategic compensation consultation and support to Colleague Strategic Partners and business leaders. The position will report into the Vice President, Global Compensation.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Advise, develop, and lead the execution of potential compensation program changes
Enhance value of “core compensation talent processes” like offers, job evaluations, mid-year and salary surveys, custom compensation studies, benchmarking and pay structure development
Responsible for the management of all aspects of annual and year-end compensation review including administration of merit, and bonus and equity planning for employees across applicable lines of business
Play a key role in enhancing program education, optimizing compensation programs, and driving process efficiencies
Leverage external market insights and internal analytics to strengthen total rewards offerings
Oversee and consult with Colleague Strategic Partners and other CEG and business leaders in developing strategic compensation solutions and supporting pay offers (base, bonus and equity) for new hires, internal promotes, etc.
Serve as a lead role in year-end process planning, execution, and process change enablement
Lead, deliver, and be a thought partner on the delivery of strategic priorities across Global Compensation
Develop, leverage, and maintain relationships with Colleague Strategic Partners, Centers of Excellence, our Senior Leadership Team and other CEG and business stakeholders to drive key business outcomes
Lead strategic initiatives aligned to Total Rewards strategy including, but not limited to, pay range enhancement, benchmarking methodology, Total Rewards education, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
7-10 years of professional Human Resource experience with a minimum of 5 years of proven compensation experience
Demonstrated experience in both market and global line of business compensation
Robust analytical skills to leverage external market insights and internal to inform decision making
Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
Demonstrated ability to attract, manage, and develop a high performing team; ability to influence behavior both with and without direct authority
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of a global organization and diverse cultures; ability to connect, influence, and advise business leaders
Ability to use data to develop insights, make decisions, create solutions, tell a story and drive continuous improvement
Ability to work collaboratively across teams; strategically focused on continuous improvement and growth.
Attention to detail, action oriented, and adept at working in a fast paced, growing organization
Ability to take initiative, work within ambiguous situations and deal with issues and subject matter in ways that sometimes requires considerable sensitivity, discretion and judgment
Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
