• Drafting, negotiating and client counseling related to commercial sales transactions and associated legal issues.
• Evaluating and assisting in compliance with internal negotiation and contracting policies.
• Working closely with technical and business professionals to help achieve their objectives.
• Developing and delivering training to clients regarding legal and compliance issues.
• Coordinating with various internal stakeholders, including other business units, operations, global trade and finance/accounting in support of transactions.

• Law firm and/or in-house experience.
• Experience in technology transactions, AI solutions, and intellectual property law.
• Experience working with various levels in a company from senior leaders to individual contributors who work in technical and business capacities.
• Experience in the semiconductor or computing industry is preferred.
