ALSO is looking for a Sr. Manager, Financial & Enterprise Systems to help design and maintain our business systems landscape, including our ERP, NetSuite. The Sr. Manager will be part of a small finance org, reporting to the VP of Finance, and will offer exposure to all areas of our end to end accounting processes. What You Will Do
Design, implement, and optimize financial systems, including NetSuite ERP and integrations with other enterprise applications (CRM, e-commerce, HRIS, etc.) via Celigo and third party APIs.
Drive a cross-company technology readiness process, ensuring Also’s systems support a seamless go-to-market launch.
Lead integrations of financial systems with other business functions, ensuring seamless data flow between financial, operational, and HR platforms.
Serve as the system administrator for multiple financial and enterprise systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, user support, and troubleshooting.
Lead coordination with our external ERP development team on both a day-to-day and strategic level.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to gather requirements and ensure the successful deployment of system enhancements and new features.
Define testing scenarios, conduct quality assurance (QA) processes, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates and enhancements.
Assist in the development of financial data strategies, focusing on data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance with governance standards.
Drive initiatives to enhance the automation of financial processes, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
What You Will Bring
8+ years of experience in financial systems management, particularly with NetSuite ERP. Expertise in implementing and optimizing system functionality and integrations.
Background in retail, manufacturing, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses, with a strong understanding of their financial operations and system requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of financial systems, enterprise applications, and iPaaS platforms; direct experience with Celigo is a plus. Familiarity with data integration tools and APIs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion, with a keen understanding of business needs and priorities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, design solutions, and implement them effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to handle ambiguity and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
The salary for this position ranges from $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
