Responsibilities
- Serve as financial partner for Cost of Sales, G&A, and R&D departments.
- Collaborate on budgets and forecasts aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct variance analyses to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain financial models for hiring, resource allocation, and capital investments.
- Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support executive decisions.
- Prepare and present performance dashboards, KPIs, and monthly reports.
- Utilize DOMO to enhance real-time reporting and data visibility.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
