We’re seeking an experienced Service & Reverse Logistics Manager to lead and evolve our after-sales service, warranty, and reverse logistics functions. Reporting into the Commercial organization, this role will be the bridge between our customers, service partners, and internal teams. Ensuring that every rider’s experience with Also is seamless, reliable, and brand-affirming.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive service and reverse logistics strategy to support a rapidly growing business.

  • Oversee warranty management, returns, and repairs processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely resolution for customers.

  • Establish and manage relationships with third-party service partners (e.g., repair shops, logistics providers), defining service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational best practices.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering teams to identify and address product quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and reduce returns.

  • Develop and monitor KPIs related to service performance, turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

  • Define and implement processes for spare parts management, remanufacturing, refurbishments, and fulfillment of service parts to authorized partners and Also customers.

  • Act as the voice of the customer within the Commercial organization, ensuring that service insights and field feedback inform product design and future releases.
    Support strategic initiatives to optimize the reverse logistics network, minimizing environmental impact and maximizing value recovery.

Who You Will Bring

  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in service management preferably in the e-mobility, consumer electronics, or automotive sectors; reverse logistics and technical service management experience preferred.

  • Deep understanding of after-sales service models, warranty processes, and returns management.

  • Proven experience working with third-party service providers and managing vendor relationships.

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable developing KPIs, tracking metrics, and using insights to drive improvements.

  • Passion for customer experience and a strong alignment with Also’s mission to transform urban mobility.

  • Excellent communication skills.

The salary for this position ranges from $150,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
