Overview:
Alpha Hire is excited to partner with a client to find a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, thrives in a support role, and is highly organized with excellent communication skills.
As a Client Service Associate, you'll play an integral role in enhancing the client experience by supporting advisors and maintaining strong, ongoing communication with clients. You will assist with day-to-day administrative operations, help prepare materials for meetings, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound client calls and emails, resolving needs or directing to the appropriate team member
Educate clients on account services and digital tools
Schedule meetings and conference calls with clients and advisors
Maintain frequent communication with clients using multiple channels
Process account service requests and ensure accurate documentation
Assist in preparing reports, statements, and other materials for client meetings
Keep CRM/contact management system up to date with key client information
Manage and maintain advisor calendars and meeting schedules
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with other office technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to excellent service
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
