We bring in leads. Your job? Convert them. You will not have to cold contact our leads, these are warm leads or past clients only.
Manage and close warm leads from inbound sources and outbound campaigns
Connect via phone, LinkedIn, text, and email—however you get results
Drive conversations with founders, executives, and hiring managers to uncover hiring needs
Collaborate with our recruiting team to align candidate delivery with client expectations
Follow up consistently and move deals across the finish line
Track your activity in our CRM/ATS and provide client updates as needed
7+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or staffing but must come from the recruiting/staffing industry.
Proven ability to follow up and close—we don’t handhold here
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Resourceful, proactive, and process-driven—you're not afraid of rejection
Comfortable navigating LinkedIn, email, SMS, and basic sales tools (CRM/ATS)
Bonus if you’ve worked in staffing, recruiting, or tech/sales environments
Commission-Only role – no cap
