Job Description
We are currently seeking a Service Account Assistant to support our client service operations in Boston. The ideal candidate will assist account managers in daily administrative and operational tasks, coordinate with clients, and help ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing client service accounts and maintaining accurate records
Coordinate and schedule meetings, follow-ups, and documentation
Support account managers in handling customer inquiries and service needs
Monitor project progress and help ensure timely delivery of services
Maintain internal systems with updated client and service information
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service standards are met
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or account assistance
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks
