Job Description
Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional efforts, and supporting the daily operations of the marketing department. Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Coordinate events, promotions, and outreach efforts
Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
Maintain marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
