Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional efforts, and supporting the daily operations of the marketing department. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns

  • Coordinate events, promotions, and outreach efforts

  • Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

  • Maintain marketing materials and ensure brand consistency

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

  • Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
