Job Description

The Leadership Development Associate will play a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and execution of leadership programs within the organization. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills who wants to grow into a leadership role. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build training initiatives and provide strategic support to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and implementation of leadership training programs

  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to support development initiatives

  • Support HR and management teams in identifying high-potential talent

  • Facilitate workshops, team development sessions, and leadership assessments

  • Coordinate program logistics, calendars, and materials for leadership events

  • Contribute to internal communications and feedback collection for program evaluation

  • Partner with senior leaders to identify organizational development needs

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in leadership development, HR, or project management

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present findings

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrated interest in leadership development and career progression
