Senior Human Resources Business Partner - ProCo LLC (Supporting AICA Orthopedics & Affiliated Companies) 

Location: Marietta, GA  
Company: ProCo LLC / AICA Orthopedics 

A Note on This Opportunity: This is not a typical HR role within a single company. You will be joining ProCo LLC, the strategic engine that provides the centralized people, process, and technology infrastructure for a growing ecosystem of five healthcare companies, including AICA Orthopedics, 18 clinics, and 3 surgery centers. This is a role for a professional who thinks in terms of systems and scale and is excited by the challenge of building solutions that have a multiplier effect across multiple businesses. 


AICA Orthopedics and its affiliate companies are powered by ProCo, our dedicated Managed Service Organization. We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (SR HRBP) to join the ProCo team and serve as a central leader for our entire people operations platform, supporting over 400 team members. 


Reporting to the Director of HR, People & Talent, you will be the trusted expert responsible for executing our core HR functions. Your work will create the stable, scalable foundation that enables our healthcare companies to focus on what they do best: providing exceptional patient care. 


Phase 1: Optimize the Core 

Your first mission is to bring your expertise to our centralized functions, with a clear mandate to build efficient, scalable systems that serve our entire portfolio of companies. 

  • Lead Centralized Employee Relations: Serve as the central expert for all employee relations issues across the portfolio, creating a consistent, fair, and well-documented process for managing cases. 
  • Own the Scalable Compliance Framework: Be the indispensable subject matter expert on FMLA, ADA, and other compliance matters, with a focus on building a centralized and automated framework for tracking and reporting that serves all entities. 
  • Manage Shared Services Benefits Administration: Lead the administration of our benefits programs for all employees, overseeing open enrollment and leveraging technology to create a seamless, unified experience. 

Phase 2: Build and Deploy at Scale 

Once the core platform is optimized, you will architect the next generation of our shared service capabilities. 

  • Pioneer Automation & Analytics: You will be our champion for HR innovation. The AI tools and automation platforms you implement at ProCo will have an immediate force-multiplier effect, creating efficiencies across all five operating companies.

Experience & Qualifications 

  • 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and compliance, preferably in a multi-site or shared services environment. 
  • Deep, practical knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.). 
  • A demonstrated aptitude for leveraging technology; experience with workflow automation or advanced HRIS reporting is a strong plus. 
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems is required; experience with Paylocity is highly valued. 
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. SHRM or HRCI certification is highly preferred.

Requirements
