- Ability to lead user research including discovery, synthesis, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the strategic direction for the design system aligned with accessibility and product goals.
- Create consistent and scalable design patterns using the existing design system.
- Develop design deliverables at all fidelities from sketches to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Lead and manage user research efforts using various methodologies.
- Communicate design visions and tradeoffs with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Integrate AI-powered design tools to enhance UX deliverables and development processes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design implementation matches intent.
- Maintain synchronization of UX work with product roadmap and flag research/design issues.
- Mentor junior UX team members and support company-wide UX practices and hiring efforts.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Relevant Master’s or Doctorate degrees count towards experience requirements.
