About the Role:

8fig is looking for a dynamic, highly motivate Account Executive to drive revenue growth by closing new business and retention deals. This role requires a proactive approach to customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying opportunities, converting leads, and maximizing customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle for new and existing customers, including some prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Engage with potential and current customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how 8fig’s solutions can help them grow their business
  • Drive customer expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Manage renewals to ensure customer retention and minimize churn
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on how to optimize their capital usage and maximize growth
  • Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and deals in the CRM system
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and retention targets
  • Partnership with other functions in the company for automation efforts

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Account Executive , Account Management, or a related field
  • Proven track record in a sales-driven or customer success role, preferably in MCA, fintech or eCommerce
  • Strong ability to manage the entire sales process
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in working with 3rd parties
  • A customer-centric approach with a strong focus on revenue generation
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to take ownership of revenue targets
