Role Description
The Head of Corporate Security Strategy is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's security strategy to ensure the protection of physical assets, personnel, and sensitive information. This role involves collaborating with VP, Global Real Estate & Facilities and Head of Technology Risk, Compliance and Chief Information and Security Officer to align security initiatives with business goals, ensuring the organization is prepared to respond to security threats, and mitigating risks across all areas of the business. The role combines strategic thinking with operational oversight and ensures the organization adheres to industry best practices in security.

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in New Jersey. Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.
Base Pay Range: $229,000 - $329,000
This position is eligible for both short-term and long-term incentive compensation.
